The Hara Health Exercises are a sequence of simple physical and perceptual exercises

that are proven to have a powerful effect in returning the body’s natural self-regulating mechanisms to health. Thus having a powerful and positive effect on our overall wellbeing.

Through many years of research and exploration, Lambrou has been divinely guided to develop these practical easy to do exercises to help people transmute stress, trauma and negative emotions, improve performance and enrich their quality of life.

Charles is a healer, meditation teacher and Author of The Alchemist’s Way, He Lives in India and teaches internationally. He leads workshops on the art of meditation, natural breath, and Inner alchemy. He teaches a Two-year Practitioner Training in Europe and he holds life changing healing sessions and meditation retreats.

An incredible day of inner exploration and deep healing

To explore and heal the Hara is important work for cultivating and unleashing your inner power. Deep within the belly approximately two inches below the navel lies an important and mystical area that is referred to as The Hara, it is our source of being. As we discover and become more intimate with this vast energy source our lives change in fundamental ways: we become more grounded and we feel more stable and secure. The way we experience our emotions takes on a new dimension and we soon notice that as our thinking changes, our actions become more wholesome and we live a new life.

As we grow deep roots within our Hara, we develop a strong and stable foundation that is essential for the opening and flowering of our hearts. These roots are required for us to go beyond the thinking mind and to experience the deep silence and stillness that all life flowers from.”

The day includes awareness, perceptual and movement exercises, we complete the day with a powerful deep yet gentle hands-on healing session.
